Welcome to Footy411 (“FFCW LLC.,” “we,” “us,” or “the Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or interacting with any features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

Participation is voluntary.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

We may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Football-Focused Platform

Footy411 is a global football community.

Content primarily intended to promote political, religious, ideological, or unrelated commercial agendas is outside the scope of the platform and may be removed at our discretion.

Football rivalry and debate are welcome. Harassment, hate, and disruption are not.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may register using email/password or approved third-party login providers.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not impersonate others
  • Not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • Keep your login credentials secure

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You may not post or engage in content that:

  • Contains hate speech, slurs, or harassment
  • Threatens violence or glorifies harm
  • Is pornographic or sexually explicit
  • Contains graphic violence
  • Includes malware or harmful code
  • Shares personal information without consent
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Violates any applicable law

You may not coordinate harassment, organize pile-ons, or target individuals for humiliation.

Critique football performance — do not attack personal identity.

5. No Gambling or Betting Content

Footy411 is not a gambling platform.

You may not:

  • Promote betting or gambling services
  • Share wagering tips or odds
  • Encourage others to bet
  • Run money-based contests without written permission

We are not responsible for any gambling decisions or financial losses made outside the Site.

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

6. No Spam or Unauthorized Commercial Activity

You may not:

  • Mass-post links
  • Run disguised advertisements
  • Use the platform primarily for self-promotion
  • Promote products or services without approval

We reserve the right to remove commercial content at our discretion.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.

By posting content, you grant Footy411 and FFCW LLC., a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display and distribute your content within the Site and related applications
  • Store and process content for technical and moderation purposes
  • Remove, edit, or restrict content consistent with these Terms

We do not sell user content.

We are not responsible for content posted by users.

8. Sports Data Disclaimer

The Site may display sports data sourced from third-party APIs, including scores, fixtures, standings, statistics, and news.

All data is provided “as is” for informational and entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee:

You understand that:

Accounts engaging in such activity may be terminated immediately.

11. Suspension and Termination

  • Attempt to evade enforcement actions

We are not obligated to restore accounts, provide refunds, or export data following termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • User behavior

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Financial, reputational, or emotional harm arising from use of the Site

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Footy411, FFCW LLC., its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your misuse of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law

15. Changes to These Terms

  • Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Footy411 and FFCW LLC. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any content posted on the Site shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall:

  • Be conducted in the State of Wyoming
  • Be administered by a recognized arbitration provider
  • Be conducted in English
  • Be decided by a single neutral arbitrator

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.

No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in:

  • Class actions
  • Class arbitrations
  • Representative actions
  • Collective proceedings

No arbitrator shall have authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Waiver of Jury Trial

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Small Claims Exception

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, provided the claim qualifies under applicable law and is brought on an individual (non-class) basis.
